Blake Bishop is Vice President of Leasing for the Mall and Large Format team in CBRE’s Retail Asset Services division. He specializes in the overall development and execution of leasing strategies on behalf of retail property owners. He has extensive experience and analytical skills in development, redevelopment and construction as well as property and portfolio operations. Blake has vast market knowledge and strong retailer relationships — cultivated over 24 years in the industry — to assist clients in meeting their goals in creating and implementing strategic merchandising plans for their retail assets.

A Washington native, Tim has specialized in the marketing and leasing of office properties for both institutional and private owners at CBRE since 1997. He currently is responsible for a portfolio of properties in the Greater Eastside area that range from mid-rise, high-rise and multi-building office complexes and has closed over 800 leases totaling more than 4.9 million square feet over the course of his career.

Tim is responsible for actively marketing properties, financial lease analysis and strategic lease negotiations for a wide range of owners with differing goals and objectives. He views his client service commitment as a continuous cycle, one that does not end with the closing of a transaction. As such, Tim focuses on working collaboratively with his clients to clarify both immediate and long-term objectives, define strategy and capture market opportunities as they arise. This focus is enhanced by his systems and structure which ensure each task is handled with the utmost in efficiency, accountability and expertise.

Susie Detmer is Senior Vice President of Retail Brokerage Services for CBRE.  She brings over 30 years of retail experience to the project.  Susie’s experience is comprehensive to include ground up development planning, shopping center merchandising and leasing, retail operations, new tenant expansion and budgeting and strategic planning.  She is a problem solver, works closely with the brokerage community and is results driven.  Susie and the team develop strategic leasing plans for each vacancy, with tenant prospects and tenant attributes.  She carefully monitors competitive properties, their tenants and their consumer appeal to ensure best in class for each project she works on.  With over 30 years’ experience, Susie has done business in virtually every city in Western Washington and has been on the front lines witnessing and championing the ever changing retail landscape.
