About Heather Almond

Heather Almond is the Director of National Property Marketing for the Retail Property Management of CBRE, where she leads the consumer marketing and retail property marketing efforts for the Retail Practice Group. She brings 19 years of property management and marketing experience.

Heather’s experience is comprehensive with all aspects of asset and property management, including remerchandising, positioning, marketing, digital and social media marketing, tourism, operations, talent management and development, partner, retailer, tenant and community relations. She is an “out of the box” strategist, problem solver, is collaborative and results driven.

Heather’s career includes more than 15 years of flagship shopping center management and marketing experience, as well as office property management. Heather spent the majority of her shopping center career with Westfield Corporation and some of her noteworthy projects include leading the center management teams as Senior General Manager of the $460 million expansion of Westfield San Francisco Centre which included 245k square feet of Class A office, the $30 million remerchandising of the METREON and developing award winning International Tourism programs for the Westfield Travel Collection and Westfield San Francisco Centre. Prior to leaving Westfield, Heather was the interim Chief Marketing Officer for Field Marketing for 38 shopping centers in the United States.

Heather believes strongly in being an active leader in the community and has served on numerous boards and committees to several different civic, business and neighborhood groups. Heather is an active volunteer in the International Council of Shopping Centers.

About Andrea Lachmann

Andrea Lachmann has over 15 years of commercial real estate management and leasing experience, and has served in various management capacities across all property types in the region. As a Director, Ms. Lachmann currently oversees a team of 40 Commercial Real Estate and Engineering professionals that manage 8 million square feet of commercial real estate on the Greater Eastside. Ms. Lachmann brings an “owners eye” to the property, making every effort to see that her properties are comfortable, safe, and well maintained to assure full satisfaction for both the client and tenant.

Bolstered by major strengths in leasing and transaction management, marketing initiatives, and task management, Ms. Lachmann has developed exceptional relationships. She continues to be a results-oriented team player dedicated to continued professional challenges, growth and ongoing leadership. Ms. Lachmann has been a civic leader for the City of Redmond since moving to the region in 2007. She had been heavily involved in the now former Greater Redmond Chamber of Commerce and Redmond Economic Development Alliance, and played an integral role in creating a new public/private partnership that is now OneRedmond. While working to renew entitlements on the Overlake Business Center in Redmond, WA, Ms. Lachmann’s civic involvement with the City of Redmond and Sound Transit was a key driver in creating an additional $15 million in property value during the first year of ownership.

Ms. Lachmann is director of CBRE Property Management and is currently working on the One Esterra development with Capstone Partners, and is in full swing bringing the mixed-use development Kirkland Urban online (Talon Private Capital, Ryan Companies, Prudential). She is worked on repositioning the Commonwealth Building in Portland, Oregon, is currently repositioning KBS’s Ridgewood Corporate Square in Bellevue.
